Product Overview
Como proveedor de tubería revestida de cerámica resistente al desgaste, la cerámica QMX puede satisfacer diseños personalizados y tipos de productos de revestimiento de cerámica de alúmina para tuberías de acero revestidas. Se pueden ofrecer varias formas de soluciones de desgaste de tubería de revestimiento de cerámica para las opciones del cliente.
Solución 1: revestido con mosaicos trapezoidales/tubos con un tamaño de 150*23/21*20 mm, 150*33/27*25 mm u otras dimensiones según el dibujo.
Ventaja: menor costo
Solución 2: revestido con manguito de alúmina/tubos y tejas de tubería de codo, con diámetro 100-300 mm, longitud 100-500 mm.
Ventaja: fácil de arreglar y pocas lagunas
Solución 3: Forrado con piezas de revestimiento Mosaic
Tamaños de piezas de mosaico: 17,5*17,5mm o 20*20mm, grosor 3-20mm
Ventajas: Adecuado para el revestimiento de tuberías de acero de pequeño diámetro.
