Превосходные свойства поглощения ударов натурального каучука помогают достичь определенной устойчивости к ударным нагрузкам, тем самым предотвращая трещины на плитках в зонах повышенной нагрузки. Она обладает значительно более высокой эффективностью по сравнению с керамическими плитками. По сравнению с износостойкой сталью, характеристики высококачественной керамической резиновой подкладки делают ее более устойчивой к износу и ударам.
