Product Overview
Трубы из литого базальта, облицованные стальной трубой, заполненные цементным раствором между двумя слоями, обеспечивают износостойкость и коррозионную стойкость труб из литого камня, прочность стальной трубы и цементного раствора в одном продукте. Это значительно повышает способность продукта адаптироваться к различным сложным рабочим условиям. Использование цементного раствора в качестве заполнительного материала позволяет создать щелочную среду на внутренней поверхности трубы, что приводит к образованию защитной пленки на поверхности стальной трубы, предотвращающей коррозию. Трубы из литого базальта могут быть выполнены в виде прямых труб, локтей, тройников (четырехходовых) и разнообразных диаметровых труб.
Преимуществом труб из литого базальта, облицованных стальной трубой, является объединение прочности стальной трубы, абразивной стойкости труб из литого базальта и цементного раствора в одном продукте. Это значительно повышает способность продукта адаптироваться к сложным условиям эксплуатации. В то же время в качестве заполнительного материала используется цементный раствор, который создает щелочную среду на внутренней поверхности стальной трубы, образуя защитную пленку, которая предотвращает коррозию.
