Abrasion-Resistant Pre-engineered Ceramic tiles Cyclone Linings

Los ciclones que manejan productos abrasivos como polvo de clínker o harina cruda a menudo están revestidos con baldosas cerámicas de alúmina resistentes a la abrasión QMX para extender la vida útil de los ciclones.


Estos revestimientos de baldosas prediseñados resisten el desgaste, la abrasión y la corrosión de los materiales que se procesan, lo que reduce el mantenimiento y el tiempo de inactividad.


Un revestimiento cerámico relativamente grueso es fundamental en nuestros ciclones para medios pesados, ya que la materia mineral densa puede ser muy abrasiva.


Ofrecemos nuestros mosaicos prediseñados en dos grados diferentes, con un espesor de 25 a 38 mm (1 a 1,5 pulgadas), para optimizar la vida útil.

Durante su fabricación, mecanizamos cada baldosa cerámica en su estado "verde" y luego horneamos el lote para convertirlo en componentes de revestimiento serializados y entrelazados. Aunque este proceso es relativamente costoso, el aumento resultante en la vida útil se paga por sí mismo y es una razón más por la que las operaciones eligen nuestros ciclones para medios pesados en lugar de otros modelos que utilizan placa plana.
