Product Overview

Los paneles cerámicos de caucho resistentes al desgaste son paneles compuestos de nueva generación, una combinación de cilindros de cerámica de alúmina resistentes al desgaste/baldosas cerámicas vulcanizadas en una base de caucho resistente. La superficie de cerámica de alúmina proporciona una resistencia excepcional al desgaste, mientras que la propiedad elástica del caucho amortigua eficazmente las fuerzas de impacto que pueden agrietar la cerámica. El caucho también ayuda a reducir sustancialmente las vibraciones, los sonidos y el impacto generado por el impacto de las rocas. Dispuestos en zigzag y patrón de ladrillo, los mosaicos/cilindros de cerámica son una característica excelente para manejar grandes volúmenes de material en diferentes ángulos sin desarrollar un patrón de desgaste. Como excelente material resistente al impacto y al desgaste, el panel es adecuado para alimentadores, canaletas, contenedores, puntos de transferencia, en sistemas transportadores, placas de alimentación de pantallas, canaletas de descarga de molinos, búnker, etc. Las principales industrias aplicables son centrales eléctricas de carbón, plantas de cemento, plantas de alto horno y multitud de otras industrias que requieren superficies resistentes a la abrasión de alto impacto.
