Mangueras de goma flexibles con revestimiento cerámico
Las mangueras flexibles revestidas de cerámica son ideales para usar en servicios altamente agresivos donde las mangueras de goma convencionales, las juntas de expansión o las conexiones de fuelle requieren un reemplazo frecuente. Las mangueras QMX también se pueden usar para aislar vibraciones mecánicas o para conectar equipos no estacionarios.

Características
Resistencia a la abrasión
Compuesto de cerámica de aluminio y caucho con alta elasticidad y resistencia para el material interior.
Excelente resistencia a la abrasión contra la abrasión seca.
Capa de goma interna
El caucho interior está compuesto por un compuesto de bolas de cerámica (diámetro ø3 a ø10) o baldosas cerámicas Hex y caucho aglomerante con fuerte adherencia.
El revestimiento cerámico es 12 veces más resistente al desgaste que el acero inoxidable
Resistente a impactos: prácticamente imposible destruir los segmentos cerámicos
Flexible: el radio de curvatura mínimo es aproximadamente 12 veces el D.I. de la manguera.
